Randy Stein
CEO
Randy has more than 20 years of senior management experience in social enterprises, business and nonprofits. During the first full fiscal year at the helm of LSH, Randy accomplished program growth of more than 220 percent, accompanied by a similar increase in foundation revenues.
Randy reports to the Board of Directors, while guiding the development of services and financial growth of the foundation. He is responsible for administering programs, operations and funding initiatives for the long-term sustainability of LSH.
He forges relationships with stakeholders, providers and communities of need in the LSH catchment area, as well as interested donors and supporters.

Lynzee Browning
Program Administrator
Lynzee comes to the Foundation with broad experience in administration at institutions including the University of Southern California and Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
At LSH Lynzee administers all our programs, overseeing the application process and maintaining relationships with applicants, advocates, service providers, and LSH Board and Lions Club members. She also develops and maintains our database, produces management reports, reviews, referrals and applications to LSH, and provides authorizations for LSH support.

Nancy Hayakawa
Director
Nancy has had a 32-year career as a nurse at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Her community activities include serving as President and Secretary of the Griffith Park Lions Club and the Foothill Service Club for the Blind, and volunteering for California Hospital Medical Center Intensive Care.
Helen Quintanilla
Director
Helen is a corporate accountant for a restaurant company in San Diego. She is a past president of the San Diego Executive Lions Club and is active with community organizations including the San Diego Lions Scholarship Foundation, Neighborhoods First Coalition and the Alliance for Quality Education.
Miguel Cantos
Director
Miguel Cantos joined the LA Latin American Lions Club in 1993, and has served three terms as president of the club. He was the Metro Zone B Chairman in 2005 and holds the President Ashok Mehta and Al Ohrmund Awards. He is also a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow. He retired in 2018 after 24 years as Logistics Manager at TST Inc.
Randy McMillan
Director
Randy is a retired senior sales officer for a national fencing manufacturer. His community activities include serving as President of La Habra Host Lions Club and District Governor of Lions District 4-L4. In 2013 he received the honor of Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year from the City of La Habra.
Debra Blalock
Director
Debra is a social worker specializing in helping older adults in southern California. In addition to her work with LSH, she also works with Build Futures, an nonprofit organization that provides housing for many homeless young people in the Huntington Beach area.
SuAnne White
Director
SuAnne has worked in aerospace, medicine and education, and has volunteered for 30 years in women’s counseling and music with seniors. A Lion since 2013, she recently received the District 4-L4 Secretary of the Year Award.
