What areas do you serve? What areas are included in Southern California?

Initially, we helped people in “Southern California” counties such as Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties. Over the years we found our “service” area expanding as the need for our help grew. Now, we provide services in 12 counties (visit our interactive map at – Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.

Is LSH (Lions Sight and Hearing of Southern California) and Lions Clubs the same organization?

Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation of Southern California was created by two local initiatives merged to create what is now known as Lions Sight and Hearing of Southern California, or LSH, a 501(c)3 charitable organization. LSH retains its close connection with Lions Clubs, and is endorsed by Lions Clubs and Lions International. LSH draws support from Lions Clubs, as well as foundations, corporations, and individual donors LIKE YOU.

LSH Foundation was incorporated in 1963, in accordance with the laws of the state of California and Internal Revenue Code #95-2916098.  LSH receives no federal, state, or local government funding.
